taking place in Heaven on earth, if we have the eyes to see and the
ears to hear. If we have the courage to embrace it and release it,
then Heaven will begin to be reflected on earth, for His Holy
purposes. One of the ways He is calling is the arts. We believe
this is the hour that the LORD is restoring all of the arts to His
people who are meant to be carriers of His Glory. We believe that

Gary and Kathi Oates, very respected pastors known for their
down-to-earth, levelheaded style of ministry, asked God to open
their eyes to see more into the supernatural. Their prayers were
dramatically answered when they joined Randy Clark on a
missions trip to Brazil. During the trip, Gary and Kathi had a
