I would like to share a message from Tend International who we partner with in South Africa.  Together we can make a difference.  Here is what they said:

“On the 12^th of January 2012, we employed the Mawenis to help with the planting of the seedlings. On the 19^th of January 2012, I visited the Mawenis.

I found a very sick, emaciated Dinah and one of her children lying on the floor, covered with flies. The corrugated iron walls were covered with thick black plastic to keep the rain out. On a hot day in theFree State, however, the heat in the shack was unbearable. Also, due to the lack of space, there is no place for a bed or any furniture and they cook their meals outside.  Mamojalefa told me that both Dinah and herself have been diagnosed with TB.  The clinic is a 4km walk from home and I gathered that it was not an easy journey for Dinah.

Mamojalefa Maweni, 60 years of age, heads the family of 19 members. Her husband, Petrus, a farm labourer died of cancer last year. Mamojalefa has no identity document and has not registered the birth of any of her children.

I have done the following:

1. Arranged that each member of the family be tested for TB on the 20^th of January 2011.  Sadly, it was confirmed that both Dinah and her 4year old Tsepang have the HIV virus. Fortunately, the rest of the family is in good health.
2. 25kg maize, 5kg beans and 5x 500g soya and clothing donated to the family.
3. 8 of the children are being fed daily by Rosinah
4. I telephoned the Dept of Home Affairs in Bloemfontein who informed me to obtain the clinic cards, affidavits from the schools and farmer to begin the process of the late registration of births. Once they are in possession of identity documents they would be able to apply for the pension for Mamojalefa and child grants for the little ones. The older members would also be in a position to gain employment.
5. Arranged with a nurse visit and discussed family planning with the family. Due to the fact that none of the family members have identity documents, they are not assisted by the clinic.

Dearest friends and partners, February 2012

It is a joy to partner with you in the Kingdom! Each year we send out mission fundraising letters as directed by our leadership and advisory teams. We believe these letters open up the opportunity for others to sow into the dream God has given us. We are honored to be going to Argentina February 21-27. Gabi, Mary and I are going as intercessory missionaries to prepare the way for the Lord to begin a new ministry work. It has been a dream in my heart since 1997 to go to Argentina. Cindy and I are returning to S. Africa in March. We will get to see the new vegetable gardens that your gifts helped to plant. These gardens will feed the orphans and widows in the Weppner area. When we were there last year I did not have enough funds to buy the needed supplies. As I handed our small bag of rice to a woman with AIDs, and to her family to feed, the tears could not be stopped. I heard the Lord speak to me that I was now accountable to what I have seen, and that we were His answer to their prayers. I believe this year will be different, and we will be able to buy shoes, supplies and other food needed. We are taking our steps of faith; will you step out in faith with us?

HOPE Storehouse fundraising to begin soon!

The Lord has given me a dream to build a HOPE Storehouse in S. Africa. This storehouse would be filled with supplies that could easily be released all throughout Africa. Dream with us!! Now is the time!

Today I am sharing a decree the Lord gave me when I was at Global Awakening’s Voice of the Apostles. This is a powerful decree of our position in intercession, life and ministry. We can decree this over the people we pray for and ourselves.

With God, ALL things are possible!

Therefore no doubt, fear, insecurity or unbelief can dwell in this place or in us.

What man says is impossible, with my God is possible.

God does not send out us out to fail, but empowers us and clothes us with His dunamis, miraculous power.

With God ALL things are possible!

We are part of a company of people assigned to Mission Possible!

We believe what God puts in our hearts to pray, say, decree is possible and we receive it!

We believe that what He reveals to us in heaven is what He wants to release through us on earth.

Obstacles and walls are removed by the faith rising up inside of us.

This faith is fueled with Christ’s fullness and His grace for grace.

Grace, Grace releases His mighty possibilities.

Nothing can stand in our way.

For God is for us!

No one, no thing, no enemy or scheme can stand against us!

For God gives us all we need to fulfill our mission!

With God it is Mission Possible!

And looking at them Jesus said to them, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

May all the possibilities of heaven be released to you!

The Lord spoke this encouraging word to me for the New Year and perhaps it will encourage you as well!

In His words:

This year I am releasing a plumb line to guide you.  I in you—ABIDING—you in Me—DWELLING.  My Spirit is your plumb line.  I will cause you to bend with My winds of change so you will not be shattered and scattered anymore.  For when I change you, your surroundings and your direction, it is not to destroy you, but to compel you to move forward with me.

I am your plumb line of strength and stability.  I will cause you to align where I desire to plant you—in the soil of my kingdom.  My kingdom, which is not shaken–not moved by circumstance.  I will plant you firmly in My kingdom, rooted and grounded in My love.

This does not mean you will remain where you are.  Oh no, for I have places for you to go, sow and grow.

The rain of My presence will soften the hard ground I’ve called you to plant in.  I will give you My strength to plow through the hard places.  I will provide abundant seed to sow into these places and My harvest will be great! The enemy will not steal My harvest.  The canker worm, locusts or destroyers will not devour my harvest.  For I’ve put in you a tenacity to watch over my harvest with Me.  All  I have, all I am, and who are in My kingdom are being released to procure my harvest.

Do not be moved by what your natural eyes see or ears hear.  Seek My face, My voice, for My judgments are swift and sure as are My promises and procurements.

Trust Me for I will lead you.  Follow My light and I will give you more than enough light.  There is more to come.  There is more—more for those who wait upon me. Even when you cannot feel or discern me, wait upon me, for I am cultivating the soil of your heart.

When the winds of change began to blow, and are still blowing, many whose root system is shallow fall away.  It is like the pine trees whose roots do not go deep and when storm winds blow they are uprooted.  Others who have become hard and bitter are like the dry trees that break off and fall to pieces when the winds blow.  But to those who have allowed me to prune them, who still sought living water in dry, desert, wilderness seasons learning to dig deeper into my wells of salvation, your root systems are planted in My kingdom of righteousness, truth, joy and peace.  Your fulfillment in Me has kept you.  My keeping power will enable you to move forward in these times. Ride the winds of change into my promises, don’t be scattered by the winds!

For those who repent—change the way they think—and allow Me to pierce your belief systems with the light of truth, I will restore you. I will care tenderly for you as I prune you, fertilize and water your root system. I will pluck away from you the weeds of the cares of this world as you cast your cares upon me. I will pull you out of the drowning sorrows and muddy waters of bitterness and unforgiveness. I will plant you beside streams of living water—the River of Life—that you would be well watered and flourish. I will cause the fruit of My Spirit to grow in you fully that My gifts would operate in the fullness of who I am.

For I am here to bring you out of chaos and into Divine Order. The Blood of Jesus over the doorpost of your heart, life and home is a reminder of my every promise to you. I will watch over you and My words to you. The enemy must Passover because of the Blood. The Blood is my covenant with you. The Blood keeps you and is eternally binding. Remember the Blood! Honor the Blood of Jesus—the pure, spotless Lamb of God.

HIS BLOOD has:

            Saved you

            Redeemed you

            Healed you

            Delivered you

            Anointed you

            Cleansed you

His Blood is enough!

It is finished!

Behold, I make all things new.

I will never leave you nor forsake you. No matter what storm winds blow, I am the peace that calms the storm and if I do not calm the storm, I am your peace.

I am the plumb line aligning you in the center of My heart and will. I love you with an everlasting love. My love is fierce and strong. It is humble and gentle. My love is the power force fueling your life. My love never fails, never relents and never lets go.

Do this in remembrance of My love:

            Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself.

            Love Me and Love who I’ve made you to be in Me—all else falls into place aligned in Me—the plumb line of heaven!

Love reigns!

On Yom Kippur, October 7-8 2011, the Lord gave me these directives for the HEAL Mandate.

H-Heal

E-Encourage

A-Awaken

L-Love

A mandate is: Authorization to act; to authorize or decree (a particular action); any authoritative order or command. A mandate is something that is given to you by your superior or maybe even a court official and it orders you to take specific action. A document that gives an official command or instructions is called a mandate (dictionary.com)

Jesus gave us a mandate in Mark 16:16-18

“He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned.  “These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues ;  they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover .”

The HEAL Mandate takes the four letters of the word ‘heal’ and brings a simple directive from the Lord that can guide all believers. Holy Spirit is the power enabling all believers to walk in the mandates of heaven.

HEAL:

All life flows from the heart. We are called to heal the hearts of individuals, churches, organizations, cities and nations. Healing the body, soul and spirit.

Walking in kindness and love is key.

Don’t lose your grip on love and loyalty. Tie them around your neck; carve their initials in your heart. Earn a reputation for loving well in God’s eyes and the eyes of the people. Proverbs 3:3-4 The Message

We are also called to HEAL the breach.

A breach is:

A gap; violation (as in the law); severance of friendly relations

We heal the breach through intercession, acts of kindness and the ministry of Jesus Christ as commanded.

Encouragement is released through the Word of God, teaching, preaching, writings, prophetic ministry, healing ministry, and standing ‘As One’ with others.

Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11

AWAKEN:

• Love wraps the entire mandate.
• Love is the glue.
• Love is the mandate.
• The purpose of love is to be like Jesus, who revealed the Father – He is our model.
• Love heals, love encourages, love awakens!
• Love is a lifestyle, the very essence of true religion. (See James 1:27)

And he answered, “YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND; AND YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.”  Luke 10:27

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”  John 13:34-35

This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.  You are My friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. This I command you, that you love one another. John 15:12-17

Practice real love my dear children, let’s not just talk about love; let’s practice real love. This is the only way we’ll know we’re living truly, living in God’s reality. It’s also the way to shut down debilitating self-criticism, even when there is something to it. For God is greater than our worried hearts and knows more about us than we do ourselves.

Continue reading »]]> Intrepid Heart Ministries went into the 2011 season very expectant and excited. At the beginning of the year Tracee put out a word called, “Filled up at the No Worries Café,” and I keep reflecting back to how true it was for us this year. In the word she quoted the song, “It’s the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine.” She also put Matthew 6:34: “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” This year has been a transitioning year for us. We have had a lot of changes and every day has been a new learning experience and a reminder to put our trust in God.

This year has been absolutely amazing! Tracee, Jenn, Bonnie, and I have been able to travel and see God’s amazing work throughout the United States, Brazil, South Africa, and Israel. God is so big, and he continually amazes me. When God has said to go, we listened. Even when the finances weren’t there at the time, he always provided in the end. We are getting ready to jump into 2012 with both feet, and are so excited for what he has in store for us! We have plans to see Hearts and Hands of Hope expand this year so that we are able to bless other nations and see God’s love pour out on His children. Also, Tracee will be in Pensylvania, Argentina, and S. Africa the first of this New Year.

There seems to be an all out war on Christmas. The media is having a hay day over some of the dialogues between government officials, reporters and everyday folks like us.

Last year the war I heard was over the roots of Christmas and then exposing why Christians should not celebrate Christmas. So it seems the politically correct, and even some religious people, do not want us to celebrate Christmas.

As I pondered this before the Lord, I heard the Lord speak to my heart that He has used Christmas to draw many to Himself. He took a holiday years ago and turned it to draw the people’s focus to Himself. Historically, Jesus was probably born around one of the Jewish fall feasts. Even so with Chanukah, which is the Festival of Lights, and Christmas falling in December the One Who is Life and Light comes to the front of many hearts and minds.

The green and red of Christmas started as a tradition in a church in England when they were sharing the story of Adam and Eve and the only trees green in the winter were the evergreen and red apples were put on it to decorate it. Therefore, red and green became Christmas colors as the parishioners of the church went home and decorated their trees likewise.

God used a man that many called St. Nicholas to reveal the great need to give to the poor. He was fulfilling what Jesus said to sell all you have and give to the poor. Sure, today’s Santa Claus rituals can be a bit out of control, but we can be like Christ as we reflect on His goodness and be secret Santa’s to those who have need.

Rather than be at war with the world over Christmas, let’s use this opportunity to love through giving and acts of kindness. Let us be the peacemakers and not the angry debaters. God’s love never fails.

Do not let kindness and truth leave you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart. Proverbs 3:3

O come, let us sing for joy to the LORD, Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving, Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the LORD is a great God And a great King above all gods, In whose hand are the depths of the earth, The peaks of the mountains are His also. The sea is His, for it was He who made it, And His hands formed the dry land. Come, let us worship and bow down, Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker. Psalm 95:1-6 NAS

I love this time of year when the majority of people are focusing on being thankful and rejoicing in the celebration of our Lord Jesus Christ. Thanksgiving, Chanukah and Christmas can bring out the best in most people. As followers of Jesus Christ, our lives should be lived in this place. What if our prayers started here? I think we would be an unstoppable force of grace and glory!

Prayers of thanksgiving capture the heart of God. When we rejoice in Him with delight, He in turn delights over us! It is the love language of the Divine Romance. As in any romance, when there is love, adoration and true thankfulness in the relationship it blossoms and grows strong enduring all things. Our relationship with God thrives on these basic foundations causing it to endure and grow strong. Prayer breathed from this place of Divine Romance is stunning not only to us, but to our precious Bridegroom.

Psalm 84 is a beautiful poetic expression of living in the wonder of God, who He is and what He does. It describes what a journey of thanksgiving and rejoicing produces in this God life! Just declaring this Psalm can infuse our prayers with love, adoration and thankfulness to the One who provides, blesses, takes us through the hard times, causes us to move from strength to strength…God who will withhold no good thing granting to us grace and glory!

How lovely are Your dwelling places, O LORD of hosts! My soul longed and even yearned for the courts of the LORD; My heart and my flesh sing for joy to the living God. The bird also has found a house, And the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, Even Your altars, O LORD of hosts, My King and my God. How blessed are those who dwell in Your house! They are ever praising You. Selah. How blessed is the man whose strength is in You, In whose heart are the highways to Zion! Passing through the valley of Baca they make it a spring; The early rain also covers it with blessings. They go from strength to strength, Every one of them appears before God in Zion. O LORD God of hosts, hear my prayer; Give ear, O God of Jacob! Selah. Behold our shield, O God, And look upon the face of Your anointed. For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand outside. Jubilee Faith Decree
 
I come to my Daddy as His child walking into His extended arms of Love, Grace and Glory.
My life is lived in child-like faith
Like Jesus, my faith is in the Father to do His will and follow wherever He may lead, trusting in His loving-kindness to guide me every step of the way.
And by faith I am empowered by the Holy Spirit to live as a son/daughter of the King.
In Christ I am an over-comer and He has released to me the gift of faith to release the year of Jubilee.
In this Jubilee all that was lost in the past season is being restored to me and all debts are cancelled.  Lands and finances for the purposes of God are being released to me. Inheritance that was robbed is being restored to me.
I declare that this is my year of Jubilee! I believe and receive the promise of restoration, a clean slate and new beginning!
My hope is in God who is faithful and true, and able to do all He said He would do!
Health and energy are being renewed and Hope in God is calling me higher into the Kingdom of righteousness, Joy and peace!
The joy of the Lord is my strength and joyfully I celebrate this season of Jubilee.
I believe His word and promises and by faith I receive all He has stored up for me and is releasing to me as together we set the captives free.
By faith I am seated with Christ in heavenly places and He reveals His heart and plans to me so that I can partner with Him in His kingdom.
As I humble myself and seek His face He increases my faith.
Faith is a miracle working gift and I activate this gift stirring up Holy faith.
By faith mountains and obstacles are removed.
As I trust in my Heavenly Father who loves me I show others the way to His love and freedom.
Faith is a heavenly substance that causes the purposes and plans of heaven to manifest in my life and those I pray for.
The prayer of faith heals the sick in body, soul, and spirit bringing them into their glorious destiny.
Faith causes me to soar above earthly circumstance and into higher realms of Love, Grace, and Glory.
I am sealed in God’s love by faith and I know that in this place I am steadfastly securing destiny for myself and those I love.
By faith I stand in my place in God, positioned in His heart and nothing on earth or in the heavenlies can ever separate me from the Love of my Father.
 
Jesus was matter-of-fact: “Embrace this God-life.  Really embrace it, and nothing will be too much for you.  This mountain, for instance: Just say, “Go jump in the lake’ – No shuffling or shilly-shallying – and it’s as good as done.  That’s why I urge you to pray for absolutely everything, ranging from small to large.  Include everything as you embrace this God-life, and you’ll get God’s everything.  And when you assume the posture of prayer, remember that it’s not all asking.  If you have anything against someone, forgive – only then will your heavenly Father be inclined to also wipe your slate clean of sins.”Mark 11:22-24 (The Message)
